Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your WARROOM subscription, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as Merchant of Record for all WARROOM orders.

How to request a refund

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout.
2. Open the order and follow the refund instructions.
3. Or contact hello@warroomdigest.com and we'll help.

After the 14-day window

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your Account page. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of your current paid period. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial periods after the 14-day window, but exceptional cases will be reviewed on request.

Enterprise contracts

Refund terms for Enterprise contracts are governed by the signed master agreement.
