This service is operated by Dillon Connor (sole trader), trading as Warroom Digest ("WARROOM", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
If you're using WARROOM on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account credentials.
WARROOM provides AI-ranked news, briefings, and intelligence summaries built from publicly available sources. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in line with your subscription tier.
You must not: (a) use the service unlawfully or for fraudulent or spammy purposes; (b) infringe intellectual property rights; (c) interfere with security, including attempting to probe, scan, or run malware against the service; (d) scrape, resell, or redistribute the briefings or terminal output without written permission; (e) reverse engineer or circumvent technical limits.
WARROOM is for general and educational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice and is not a recommendation to buy or sell any security or asset. Any decisions you make based on the service are your own responsibility. Outputs may be inaccurate or out of date — verify critical information before acting.
The service uses generative AI to summarize and rank intelligence. You must not use the service to generate illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech, malware, or to attempt to jailbreak the underlying models. You are responsible for your prompts, how you use any outputs, verifying their accuracy, and ensuring you have the rights to any content you submit. We may remove content, refuse outputs, or suspend accounts at our discretion.
WARROOM and its software, branding, models, and documentation are owned by us. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of our IP to you.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The service is provided "as is" and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising from or relating to the service is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law forbids such limits.
We may suspend or terminate access for: material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination you may export your watchlist data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless local law requires otherwise.
